Roles and Responsibilities

  • 1. Analyzing existing networks and computer systems.
  • 2. Developing architecture plans for voice and data services.
  • 3. Installing network hardware modules including IP and SIP Trunk communication.
  • 4. Good understanding of MPLS and ILL.
  • 5. Troubleshooting VoIP network issues.
  • 6. Analyzing and upgrading network security systems and protocols.
  • 7. Adding network users and managing company permissions.
  • 8. Monitoring of call system (Genesys platform). File servers, applications, call routing and network traffic; Maintaining and testing of proposed changes in Genesys environment;

    1. bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of working experience in call center or as an Support Engineer

    2. In-depth knowledge of Genesys environment and IP Protocols.

    3. Knowledge of hardware systems including servers, SBC, memory modules, processors, and peripherals.
    4. Detailed knowledge of network security systems and software.

    5. Advanced written and verbal communication skills.

    6. good understanding about Call center dialer & SAP GUI.


    Working experience in call centers, Experience in call center as a Support Engineer is preferred.
