Job Description

1. Department management Accomplishing department objectives by supervising staff, organizing and monitoring work process; Providing quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; Grasp problems quickly, problem solving and move ahead without constant instructions; Accomplishing staff job results by coaching , counseling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring , and appraising job results, conducting training, implementing enforcing systems, policies and procedures; Responsible for ASC/DSC routine activity and cost control Oversee the payment and credit note details of respective branch / zone . Daily review of all service related activity Resolved queries and achieve TAT (Turn Around Time) against the set benchmark Set and implement the process as and when required and follow it strictly to get the desired results Run the cost effective service department Inventory planning, spares supply chain, reverse logistics and revenue generation Identify training requirement to develop Service capability building

2. Organization contribution Completing operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standard, resolving operations problems, implementing new procedure; Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed; Achieve the 100% customer satisfaction of internal (Cross function) and external customers

3. Achievement Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications; Controls expenses by gathering and submitting budget information, scheduling expenditures, monitoring variance, implementing corrective actions; Other tasks assigned by the senior service manager;

Job Qualification

1Education : Bachelor degree (mechanical engineering, electronic engineering or other similar majors), Business Management

2Work Experience : Over 8 years working experience in consumer electronics industry as service managing (preferred handling of TV/AC)

3Knowledge : Familiar with MS office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM and SAP system;

4Skill : Good communication and coordination skill, Able to make good relationship with customers (Internal & External)

5Competency Required : Result oriented with strong written and oral communication skill, Proactive, Accountability, Strive for Excellence, Attention to Detail, Problem Solving, Openness to Diversity
