Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • In order to address the more refined offline operations of the Geographical areas of offline and Regional LFR Markets in order to achieve the Channel Penetration and sales increase, the realization of sales goals.
  • To address the more refined operation to achieve the channel penetration and sales increase
  • Exploring potential business avenues & managing sales operations for accomplishing the business targets; initiating market development efforts and increasing business growth
  • According to the Quarterly sales plan combined with the channel , planning and organizing promotion to boost sales and optimize the Channel structure.
  • According to the monthly plan, plan and arrange the Sell In and Sell Out
  • Appointment of Distributor and Dealers in assigned area, locate area of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
  • Plan and arrange the brand store in the respective region.
  • To Increase the Channel and Outlets growing Month on Month in the assigned region
  • Ensure Regular supply of TCL Products to the assigned region outlets and Monitor the price Sanity
  • Assigning and determining weekly, monthly and yearly targets & budgets; ensuring that the targets are achieved within set parameters and time frame
  • Interacting with distributors for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business
  • Ensure the team is well trained in your region.
  • Ensure the Products are being displayed prominently in the counters with Branding with the help of Marketing, Service Team and Regional Promoters
  • Ensure Sales Materials being regularly supplied and team is trained on the products
  • Focus Branding, promoting and ATL/BTL Activity,
  • Work closely on Installation of the product in coordination with Service team

Desired Candidate Profile

  • BE/Btech (Electronics)
  • More than 8 years of work experience in Consumer Durable Industry or Home Appliances
  • Good Knowledge about the Market in assigned Region, Good human relation in the market, Should have handled a Team
  • Familiar with the products and channel partners in the region
  • Communication skills, Presentation skills, interpersonal skills, Initative taker
  • Positive Attitude, Work under pressure, Analytical thinker, Proactive, Collaborative
  • Should be a good leader, goal achiever
