Roles and Responsibilities
- Driving B2B Sales for the organization, arrange agreement, price list, PO, marketing & service solutions as per customer request
- Developing and generating new business through cold calling, referrals , leads follow up and customize the sales strategies as per retailer and markets.
- Managing the top line , bottom line , channel management , implementation of sales promotion events.
- Expanding Customer/ retailer database with in the particular region.
- Calling the retailers where the sales funnel is low and need more penetration.
- Interacting the channel partners making them understand the product category.
- Ensuring that partners adhere the company price policy and promotion policy.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with retailer and key personnel in the accounts handling.
- Communicating with existing customer and giving them offers on buying the new product.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate should have experience into Inside sales, Tele product or service sales.
- Should have 2+ years of experience
- Candidate should have handle existing customers and brief them related to the new product.
- Should have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ready to work under pressure and positive attitude
Salary: 2,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A.
