Roles and Responsibilities
1. bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of working experience in call center or as an Support Engineer
2. In-depth knowledge of Genesys environment and IP Protocols.
3. Knowledge of hardware systems including servers, SBC, memory modules, processors, and peripherals.
4. Detailed knowledge of network security systems and software.
5. Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
6. good understanding about Call center dialer & SAP GUI.
Working experience in call centers, Experience in call center as a Support Engineer is preferred.
