- Create Database of Q&A for each product and upload in Flipkart & Amazon - Weekly Activities.
- Maintain Q&A list - Database - Weekly Activities.
- Reverting to Question & Answer Daily Activities.
- Analysis Report - Find top 10 Questions send to Marketing Team for Customer Guide Video - Weekly Activities
- Ecommerce(Amazon & Flipkart) Catalogue Creations, Update & Maintain (prefer)
- Experience in managing Rating & Review on Flipkart & Amazon
- Experience in ASIN & FSN creation
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications;
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager;
Required Candidate profile
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in IT or Electronics
- 3+ years of experience in handling Customer Question & Answer
- Customer Orientation, Accomplished range of skills from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution
- Good communication, Interpersonal and Excellent English Language, Adaptability, Organisational Skill, Initiative. a proactive approach and a “can do” attitude.
- Strong inter personal skills with an ability to influence stakeholders.
- Passionate, creative thinker with exceptional analytical skills. Team player with superb collaboration and communication skills.
