Job Description

  • Driving B2B Sales for the organization, arrange agreement, price list, PO, marketing & service solutions as per customer request
  • Developing and generating new business through cold calling, referrals , leads follow up and customize the sales strategies as per retailer and markets
  • Managing the top line , bottom line , channel management , implementation of sales promotion events
  • Expanding Customer/ retailer database with in the particular region
  • Calling the retailers where the sales funnel is low and need more penetration
  • Interacting the channel partners making them understand the product category
  • Ensuring that partners adhere the company price policy and promotion policy
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with retailer and key personnel in the accounts handling
  • Communicating with existing customer and giving them offers on buying the new product.
  • To achieve monthly/quarterly targets assigned by manager

Required Candidate profile

  • 2 years experience in Inside sales, Tele product or service sales
  • Bachelor degree, MBA preferred
  • Familiar MS office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint knowledge
  • Good at English speaking, listening, writing, reading
  • Result oriented with strong written and oral communication skill, Good co-ordination skill
  • Able to coordinate with cross function team
  • Handle work pressure, patience
