Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordination with channel partners and ensure accurate Sell In and Sell Out data to be shared with HO Team
- Appointment of channel partners for HA products and work hand in hand in order to achieve organisation goals for HA Products.
- Heading market development efforts in order to ensure business growth of respective categories.
- Coordination between channel partners and TCL HO team for inventory allocation and billing proceedings
- Coordination with channel partners and ensure accurate Sell In and Sell Out data to be shared with HO Team
- Feedback to management on competition activities and market loopholes in order to ensure proper communication between market and decision makers
- Plan and open the brand store in the respective territories as approved from Head Office
- To Increase Channel partners associated with TCL brand in the assigned region for respective product categories
- Ensure Regular supply of TCL Products to the assigned region outlets and monitor prices as prescribed by TCL.
- Assigning and determining weekly, monthly and yearly targets & budgets to channel partners; ensuring that the targets are achieved within set parameters and time frame
- Interacting with channel partners for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business
- Ensure channel partner team is well trained in your region.
- Ensure the Products are being displayed prominently in the counters with Branding with the help of Marketing, Service Team and Regional Promoters.
- Ensure Sales Materials being regularly supplied and team is trained on the products KSP's
- Focus Branding, promoting and ATL/BTL Activity,
- Work closely on Installation of the product in coordination with Service team
- BE/Btech (Electronics)
- More than 8 years of work experience in Consumer Durable Industry or Home Appliances, Specific into LED TV.
- Good Knowledge about the Market in assigned Region, Good human relation in the market, Should have handled a Team
- Familiar with the products and channel partners in the region
- Communication skills, Presentation skills, interpersonal skills, Initiative taker
- Positive Attitude, Work under pressure, Analytical thinker, Proactive, Collaborative
- Should be a good leader, goal achiever
