Job Description

Map new customer profile and map business prospect to build sales pipeline
Manage commitment to clients on all deliverables
Understand and work on competition, customers and Market intelligence
Gathering product market & competitors information to develop product, roadmap, pricing strategies and structure
Attend event, conference, seminar, trade shows, marketing activities etc to develop new client data base
Focus on Digital Marketing with co-ordination with Digital Team
Ensure order, sales planning, inventory planning to meet customer need
Achievement of Sales Plans
Quality of business Sales forecast accuracy and adherence to deadlines
Manage existing customers and repeat orders from clients
Establish strong business relationship with all clients
Maintain key MIS reports
To provide end to end servicing of Customers business needs / response, Client servicing
Acquire new customers to increase overall customer base
Other tasks assigned by the senior manager;
