- To address the more refined operation to achieve the channel penetration and sales increase
- According to the Quarterly sales plan combined with the channel , planning and organizing promotion to boost sales and optimize the Channel structure.
- According to the monthly plan, plan and arrange the Sell In and Sell Out
- Plan and arrange the brand store in the respective region.
- To Increase the Channel and Outlets growing Month on Month in the assigned region
- Ensure Regular supply of TCL Products to the assigned region outlets and Monitor the price Sanity
- Ensure the team is well trained in your region.
- Ensure the Products are being displayed prominently in the counters with Branding with the help of Marketing, Service Team and Regional Promoters
- Ensure Sales Materials being regularly supplied and team is trained on the products
- Focus Branding, promoting and ATL/BTL Activity,
- Work closely on Installation of the product
