Job Description

  • To address the more refined operation to achieve the channel penetration and sales increase
  • According to the Quaterly sales plan combined with the channel , planning and organizing promotion to boost sales and optimize the Channel structure.
  • According to the monthly plan, plan and arrange the Sell In and Sell Out
  • Plan and arrange the brand store in the respective region.
  • To Increase the Channel and Outlets growing Month on Month in the assigned region
  • Ensure Regualr supply of TCL Products to the assigned region outlets and Monitor the price Sanity
  • Ensure the team is well trained in your region.
  • Ensure the Products are being displayed prominently in the counters with Branding with the help of Marketing, Service Team and Regional Promoters
  • Ensure Sales Materials being regularly supplied and team is trained on the products
  • Focus Branding, promoting and ATL/BTL Activity,
  • Work closely on Installation of the product
