Maintain employee dossier, releasing and maintaining records of offer and appointment letter of all employee.
Co-ordinating with all service providers and look for cost effectiveness.
Taking care of entire office and call center activity of Bangalore from reception to pantry. Providing Id cards, VC, to employee and keep record of the same.
Managing the guest house bills and oversee the cleanliness of guesthouse and office.
Maintain and Manage statutory requirement as per Govt. Law. Should be able to manage the task with limited support.
Ensure employees' requests and grievances is addressed in a timely manner Assisting in screening the candidates, scheduling interviews & co-ordinating with candidate till s/he completes the recruitment process. Send mail to rejected candidates.

Create Summaries for analysis the HR report - Daily & Weekly Achievement Preparing HR & Admin reports, preparing ppt for meeting
